• Your messages are sent to the Ollama server address you provide, in order to generate responses.
• Chat history, AI job details, and selected workflow attachments may be stored on your device.

Information We Collect

MyLLama does not require account registration. The app may store the following locally on your device:

• Ollama server addresses you add (e.g., URL/host and port)
• Chat room titles and chat messages (conversation history)
• Workflow, translation, proofreading, summarization, and writing job details and results
• Documents or images you explicitly select as job inputs or workflow attachments
• Basic app settings

How Your Data Is Used

• To connect to your Ollama server and send your prompts/messages.
• To display responses returned by your server.
• To keep conversation history organized by chat room on your device.
• To process selected files and images with your chosen model for document jobs and workflows.

Data Sharing

MyLLama does not sell your data. Messages, prompts, and content from files or images you select are transmitted to the Ollama server you configure when needed for a chat or job. If your server is hosted by a third party or on a remote machine, that server operator may have access to the data you send.

Data Storage & Retention

Conversation history, server addresses, job results, and workflow attachments may be stored locally on your device unless you remove them. You can delete chat rooms or jobs in the app to remove their stored content.

Security

Security depends on how your Ollama server is deployed and protected. If you connect to a remote server, consider using trusted networks, firewalls, and secure transport where applicable.

Children’s Privacy

MyLLama is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the latest revision.
