PassPang is designed to keep your passes private. FiveStar AI does not collect or receive personal information through the app. This policy explains what stays on your device and how optional features work.

1. Who can use PassPang

PassPang is available to anyone. You can use its core features without creating an account or providing personal information.

• No account, sign-in, or identity verification is required.
• You do not need to provide your name, email address, phone number, or date of birth.
• The app is available to users of all ages.

2. No collection of personal information

FiveStar AI does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information through PassPang. The app does not send your data to a FiveStar AI server.

• No user account or remote profile is created.
• No advertising or marketing tracker is included.
• No analytics or crash report is sent to FiveStar AI.
• Coupon content, location context, Bluetooth signals, and usage history are not uploaded to us.

3. Data stored and processed on your device

Information you add to PassPang is stored and processed locally on your device so the app can provide its features.

• Coupon images, QR codes, barcodes, titles, memos, and usage history remain on your device.
• Location and Bluetooth context is processed on-device only to suggest a relevant pass.
• Barcode recognition is performed on-device. Operating-system and platform services remain subject to Apple’s or Google’s own terms and privacy policies.
• FiveStar AI cannot view or recover data stored in the app.

4. Permissions

PassPang accesses camera, photos, location, Bluetooth, or notifications only when needed for a feature you use and only after permission is granted. Denying or revoking a permission affects only the related feature.

5. Backups and deletion

A ZIP backup containing coupon data and images is created only when you request one and is saved or shared to a destination you choose. FiveStar AI cannot access or recover the backup. You are responsible for protecting exported files. You can delete individual passes, clear app data, or uninstall the app to remove locally stored data.

6. Security

Your data is protected by your device’s security controls. Because FiveStar AI does not receive your data, we cannot access, restore, or delete it remotely.

7. Children and families

PassPang is available to users of all ages. Because the app does not collect personal information from any user, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents or guardians can manage permissions through device settings.

8. International data transfers

FiveStar AI does not transfer your personal information internationally because PassPang does not transmit it to our servers. If you choose to save or share a backup through another provider, that provider’s terms and privacy policy apply.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or legal requirements change. Any future feature that collects personal information will require an updated notice and any permission or consent required by law.
